This weekend racing was semi-successful. I went 5 rounds on Friday, to make it to the semi-finals. And on Friday I qualified first with a perfect reaction time (0.000 seconds) in one of the two classes I was competing in. And I became the first woman to ever beat Paul Snell in the other. But after that nothing too great happened.

Overall I had a great time and I want to thank my dad for supporting me and getting me into this crazy sport! I love you dad!

The Story of My Broken Toe

I broke my toe. It wasn't my fault, the ninja attacked from behind. It was a long and brutal fight, with many civilians killed. And then the ninja tripped me and I fell down the stairs, where he proceeded to get me in a head lock. And just when I thought it was the end for me, the ninja got a little cocky and I was able to escape the dipshit's grasp and round house kick him into oblivion.

Playing Dad

I stand with Planned Parenthood

Do you know what it is like to be a young female living off of her parent's insurance? It's nice to know that there is an organization that will be there for me if anything happens to that lifeline that I cling so desperately too.

Those that are against federally funding Planned Parenthood, stand in opposition because of the fact that they perform abortions. But what they have failed to acknowledge is that no federal monies go towards funding abortions. It all goes towards providing doctor's appointments, STD/STI testing, cancer screenings (like pap smears and mammograms), health education programs, and providing birth control and condoms. If it is abortions that make you stand against then suck on this statistic for a second—last year PPH averted more than 1.2 million pregnancies, more than half of those unwanted pregnancies would have ended in abortion.

When we provided women with birth control, who otherwise would not have access to it. We cut down the number of unwanted pregnancies that occur. When we cut down unwanted pregnancies, not only do we save the state millions of dollars in health care and welfare, but we also drastically decrease the amount of abortions that happen.

All that happens when we cut funding towards PPH is that we eliminate access for proper women's health treatment for millions on women across the US.
